Fulfillment Policy
Fulfillment Policy
Effective Date: May 1st, 2025
Catalyst{x} is committed to transparency, integrity, and exceptional service delivery. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we handle service delivery, payment, cancellations, and refunds for all client engagements.
1. Services Offered
Catalyst{x} provides strategic consulting, innovation planning, digital product development, branding, and growth advisory services. Our services are fully customized, project-based or retainer-based, and delivered digitally.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery
Catalyst{x} does not sell physical products. All services are delivered via virtual meetings, digital assets, and online platforms.
- Delivery Method: Email, video calls, collaborative tools (e.g., Notion, Figma, Google Docs), or client platforms.
- Fulfillment Timing: Fulfillment is outlined in each client’s proposal or agreement and generally includes milestone-based or hourly deliverables.
No service is billed until the agreed-upon work has been rendered. We do not charge clients upfront unless otherwise specified in writing.
3. Payment TermsCatalyst{x} only charges clients after services are performed.
Clients will receive an invoice after completion of agreed-upon work, milestones, or time blocks. Payment terms are typically Net 7 or Net 15, unless otherwise specified.
- Currency: All prices are in USD.
- Accepted Payments: Stripe-secured transactions via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover).
- Security: All transactions are encrypted via HTTPS and PCI-DSS compliant systems. No credit card information is stored on Catalyst{x} servers.
4. Refund Policy
Because our services are rendered on a pay-after-delivery basis, refunds are generally not necessary or applicable. If you believe that a service was not delivered as agreed, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your invoice to initiate a review.
5. Return Policy
As we do not sell tangible goods or downloadable digital products, there are no items to return. However, we are committed to addressing any service concerns through direct communication.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services at any time before work begins, at no cost. For ongoing engagements or partially completed work:
- Hourly/Retainer-Based Work: Billed only for hours already worked.
- Project-Based Work: Clients are responsible for any milestones completed prior to cancellation.
Catalyst{x} reserves the right to terminate services for breach of terms or nonpayment.
